Jake Paul and Mike Perry will square off in the boxing ring tonight in Tampa, Florida. MMA News will post the results and highlights here!

Boxing fans are in for a treat tonight as YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul steps back into the ring to take on bare-knuckle boxing’s biggest star, Perry. The event takes place at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.

Paul was originally scheduled to face Mike Tyson, but the fight was postponed due to the heavyweight legend’s illness. “Platinum” Perry will arrive in a month’s time in an attempt to stun the boxing world by defeating the polarizing ex-Disney star for the biggest win of his combat sports career to date.

The former UFC fan favorite has excelled in his new career in bare-knuckle boxing. After switching to the sport in 2022, Perry is undefeated under the BKFC banner with five wins. He has also shown exceptional durability throughout his fight career and welcomes a slugfest.

That said, “The Problem Child” has defeated several former UFC legends, including Anderson Silva and Nate Diaz, who thought they could beat him in the squared circle. Paul will be looking to add Perry to his winning record and test his opponent’s resilience. He hopes to make a statement ahead of his fight with Tyson later this year.

Elsewhere on the card, former UFC middleweight Uriah Hall takes on Julio César Chávez Jr. in a cruiserweight bout. Hall made his professional boxing debut with a submission win over former NFL running back Le’Veon Bell in October 2022. Chávez Jr. presents a tremendously difficult matchup with years of boxing experience under his belt. DraftKings has the former WBC middleweight champion as the favorite to hand Hall his first loss in the ring.

The main card kicks off at 9pm ET/6pm PT for fans who subscribe to DAZN and pay $64.99 for the pay-per-view. The prelims will be streamed for free on the DAZN YouTube channel at 7pm ET/4pm PT.
