The third season, starring Guillermo Francella, consists of seven episodes of 30 minutes each. The first two episodes are already available on the streaming platform, the remaining episodes will be released every Friday.

Created by Mariano Cohn and Gastón Duprat, the series features appearances by Gabriel Goity, Manuel Vicente, Gastón Cocchiarale and Pochi Ducasse. Summary of ‘El Encargado 3’

The official synopsis reads: “Eliseo attends an inter-American convention of building managers in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. There, among his colleagues, he has an epiphany about the next step in his professional life: founding his own management company. He sets out to convince various consortia to hire his services and mobilize other managers to join him. Although things turn out to be more complicated than he imagined, Eliseo never gives up and goes for it.”

According to the official synopsis from Star Original Productions, Eliseo is described as a multi-faceted building manager willing to manipulate and sabotage residents to maintain his job and control.

What You Need to Know About Previous Seasons of ‘El Encargado’

Eliseo’s main tool is manipulation, with which he keeps an eye on the residents of the exclusive building in Belgrano where he works as a manager. Despite the residents’ suspicions, he maintains a helpful facade. As the story progresses, Eliseo manages to escape the consequences of the damage he causes. His main opponent is the lawyer Matías Zambrano, played by Gabriel Goity.

In addition to his manipulative tactics, Eliseo also tries to protect those he deems vulnerable, although his motives are not always altruistic.
