Analysts believe that the recently held general elections will give a boost to the Indian IPO market in the second half of this year.

Besides the opening of the new public issues next week, the primary market will witness the listing of as many as 8 companies, whose IPOs were launched for subscriptions last week. Sanstar Ltd, whose subscription is currently open and closes on Tuesday, July 23, will debut on the stock exchanges on Friday, July 26.

Upcoming SME IPO this week

The subscription for RNFI Services SME IPO is scheduled to open on Monday, July 22 and close on Wednesday, July 24. The price band of RNFI Services IPO has been fixed between Rs 98 and Rs 105 per share, with a face value of Rs 10. Investors can bid for 1,200 shares in one lot. The company plans to raise around Rs 70.81 crore through the public offer, which purely consists of fresh issue of up to 6,744,000 equity shares.

Telecom infrastructure provider SAR Televenture IPO opens for subscription on Monday, July 22 and closes on Wednesday, July 24. SAR Televenture has priced the IPO in the range of Rs 200-210 and investors can bid for 500 shares in one lot. The IPO consists of a rights issue of shares worth up to Rs 300 crore and a follow-on public offering (FPO) of up to Rs 150 crore. SAR’s SME IPO is one of the largest seen this year as the company is set to raise around Rs 150 crore through the issue.

VVIP Infratech IPO opens for subscription on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 and closes on July 25, 2024. VVIP Infratech has fixed a price band at Rs 91-93 for its IPO. The minimum lot size for an application is 1200 shares. VVIP Infratech IPO is an SME IPO of 6,582,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10, amounting to a total of Rs 61.21 crore.

VL Infraprojects will open registration on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 and close on Thursday, July 25, 2024. VL Infraprojects will offer its shares at Rs 39-42 per piece.

Subscription for the IPO of Manglam Infra and Engineering will open on Wednesday, July 24 and close on Friday, July 26. Manglam Infra, whose IPO is priced at Rs 53-56, is expected to raise around Rs 27.62 crore.

Chetana Education will open registration on Wednesday, July 24. Chetana Education hopes to raise Rs 45.9 crore from the public offering, which is priced at Rs 80-85 per unit.

Aprameya Engineering IPO is set to open on Thursday, July 25. Aprameya has fixed a price band of Rs 56-58. The company aims to raise around Rs 29.23 crore through the issue.

Clinitech Laboratory’s IPO will open on Thursday, July 25 and close on Monday, July 29. The company has priced the issue at Rs 96 per unit.
