2 dead, 6 injured in Jammu road accident

Jammu and Kashmir:At least two people were killed and six others, four of them from a family, injured when the vehicle they were travelling in overturned in Rajouri district on Sunday morning.

According to officials, an Eeco van (JK11G-7794) en route from Thandikassi to Lam collided in an accident near Challan Thandikassi this morning, killing the driver.

Six other people, all residents of Baghla, who were in the vehicle, were also injured in the accident that took place in the area close to the Line of Control. A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
