The latest news on WWE’s interest in Rhio and Delta

A recent report from Figthful provides an update on rumors that WWE has shown interest in female indie talents Rhio and Delta.

As we previously reported on eWn, Rhio, the reigning PROGRESS Women’s World Champion, attended WWE Clash At The Castle: Scotland last month, along with several other independent talent.

Fightful reports that WWE has been inquired about Rhio’s interest and that it was confirmed at the event that no contract was offered or discussed. There has also been no follow-up communication regarding this.

Rhio is reportedly still open to an offer and already has a valid US visa, with plans for a future stay in the United States.

Within NXT, WWE’s attention is currently focused on the arrivals of Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer. However, Rhio’s invitation to Clash At The Castle implies some interest from WWE.

As for Delta, the Australian wrestler recently wrapped up her commitments in the country before preparing for a move overseas.

There is speculation that Delta may sign with WWE, but there has been no official confirmation yet.

Delta made a positive impression during the Australian tryouts for WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth.
