Huskies Make Huge Comeback, Sweep Eau Claire Clean

The Duluth Huskies may have been behind on Sunday, but they weren’t out of the game, coming back from a 6-0 deficit to beat the Eau Claire Express 7-6.

The Huskies allowed all six runs in the first two innings, while the Express scored one run in the first and five in the second inning.

The Huskies’ biggest inning came in the fourth inning, when they scored three runs.

The Huskies scored one in the sixth inning, two in the seventh and finally Joe Vos’ walk-off hit.

The Huskies will face the Minnesota Mud Puppies again on Thursday.
