Tomorrow Land has some of the world’s youngest DJs on its line-up this year, with 9-year-old DJ Archie and was the youngest ever to play at the festival.

After playing the opening set on the Atmosphere stage on Saturday, Archie DJ Magazine: “When I was DJing there and controlling the crowd, they were all dancing.”

He added: “I’ve played some classics like (M-Beat And General levy‘S) Unbelievable; they all liked them.”

DJ Archie broke the Guinness World Record for the world’s youngest DJ in 2018 at the age of four. Then-toddler Archie broke the record at the Bungalow Club in Hong Kong, China, where he reportedly played classic house music for over an hour.

Five years after his career started, Archie still steals the list as the youngest DJ in the DJ world. He beat the youngest DJ at Tomorrowland last year, DJ Michaelwho was 11 years old when she played.

“I was shocked when I heard I was finally going to Tomorrowland,” the British DJ said of his opening performance.

DJ Archie is one of the many children playing at this year’s Tomorrowland festival as part of the Tomorrowland Academya DJ & Producer school that was founded to train the next generation of DJs. Other prodigies playing at the festival include DJ Daan (14 years old), Dorothea (16), Current (16), W4STD (17), Rumix (15), and Lucca van Damme (15).

Last August, Tomorrowland was named the world’s #1 festival by DJ Mag in the annual DJ Mag Top 100 Festivals poll.

The world-famous EDM festival is one of the world’s largest and most iconic music festivals, known for its elaborate stage designs, impressive line-ups and immersive atmosphere. Over the years, punters have flocked to the legendary event to see big names such as Armin van Buuren, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Tiësto, Afrojack, Steve Aokiand much more.
