The trailer, which Netflix released on July 22, shows an Emily ready to face new trials, but struggling to let go of her long-held affections for both Gabriel and Alfie. The trailer’s tagline, “Sometimes what we want is not what we need,” sums up the dilemma perfectly.

Meanwhile, Emily ponders setting boundaries with Gabriel, but is painfully reminded that Camille—and her baby—are permanent fixtures in their lives. On a different note, Emily makes quite the fashion statement in a black-and-white striped bodysuit paired with a wide-brimmed black hat and a striking black masquerade mask at a glamorous party.

She boldly proclaims at the event: “I promised myself I would be open to every possibility – and this seems to be the right one.”

An official synopsis from Netflix for the final season of Emily in Paris reads: “After the dramatic events of Camille and Gabriel’s failed wedding, Emily is in shock: she has strong feelings for two men, but now Gabriel is expecting a child with his ex, and Alfie’s worst fears about her and Gabriel have been confirmed.”

Who’s starring in Emily in Paris season 4?

Ashley Park returns as Emily’s best friend, Mindy, and Lucas Bravo and Camille Razat bring more drama as Gabriel and Camille.

New faces joining the cast include Thalia Besson as Genevieve and Eugenio Franceschini as Marcello, although their storylines are still being kept under wraps.

Anna Galiena will join the cast as Antonia Muratori, while Italian actor Raoul Bova will play Giancarlo. Rupert Everett will also appear in Emily in Paris as Giorgio Barbieri, a friend of Sylvie.

When is Emily in Paris season 4 coming to Netflix?

The first part of the fourth season is scheduled to be released on Netflix on August 15, with five episodes. The second part will follow shortly after, on September 12.
