Swerve Strickland will be defending the AEW World Championship match against Bryan Danielson at AEW All In on August 25. Exactly one month later, the winner of that match will be putting the title on the line at the AEW Grand Slam special, and their opponent will be determined tonight in a Number One Contenders AEW World Championship Royal Rampage Match.

Kyle Fletcher and Rush of The Don Callis Family will be joining forces to square off with The Righteous’ Dutch and Vincent, Private Party’s Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen, and The Outrunners’ Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum in a Four Way Tag Team Match. Elsewhere, after she defeated Sydni Winnell last Friday on “Rampage”, Kris Statlander looks to pick up another win tonight as she goes one-on-one with Leila Grey. This will be Grey’s first match on “Rampage” since March 25, 2023, during which she lost to Taya Valkyrie.

Additionally, Lance Archer will be returning to an AEW ring since he and the aforementioned Vincent and Dutch came up short against Daniel Garcia, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Claudio Castagnoli on the May 25 episode of “AEW Collision” when he faces an opponent who has yet to be named.
